What's a "Front Piece" (A Front Page?) with specific details (i.e address, algorithm variables, etc)

Code appears to already exist, but is quite rough and needs some work. If Wilfred can supply the User Guide, and specifics for Front Page then we can do this with a bit of styling.

For now, Wilfred is going to replace the existing PDF asset with his user guide and evaluate.

At a later time, he may want the tables to be styled consistently using the predefined layout in his user guide, which uses LaTeX. When we switch to this, we'll want to consider altering the PDF generation to call upon an external LaTeX compiler.
